At Skin Cupid, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty haul, which is why we offer a 14-day window to return items that are unused and in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unopened, unused, and still in their original protective packaging within 14 days of delivery.

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive your unique return authorization code.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your products to prevent damage during transit and include your authorization code inside the parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send your package back using a tracked service; once inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
